QueP X is an online marketplace exclusively for digital academic materials (such as PDF files, images, and text documents). Therefore, we do not ship any physical goods or products to a physical address.
Upon successfully completing a transaction using your QueP X Coins to unlock a document, the document will be instantly added to your digital Library.
You can access all your purchased content at any time by logging into your QueP X account and navigating to the "My Library" section of your Dashboard. You may view the documents online or download them directly to your local device (if the seller has allowed downloads).
Because delivery is entirely digital and automated, there are typically no delays. However, if you experience a technical glitch where a purchased document does not appear in your Library, please contact our support team immediately so we can manually grant you access or refund your QueP X Coins.
