Sellers are forbidden from uploading the exact same document multiple times to manipulate search results or flood the marketplace. Duplicate uploads will be removed, and repeat offenders will face penalties.
QueP X operates on a dynamic payout structure based on a seller's performance and trust score. Sellers earn a percentage of the QueP X Coins spent by buyers to unlock their documents. The base payout ratio is 70%, but elite sellers can earn up to a maximum of 80% per transaction. QueP X retains the remaining percentage as a platform fee.
When a buyer purchases your document, the earned coins are placed in a "Pending" state for 48 hours to allow for potential dispute resolution. After 48 hours, the coins move to your "Available" balance. You may initiate a withdrawal to your registered UPI ID once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold of 500 coins.
If a buyer successfully disputes your document (e.g., it is verified as fake or corrupted), the sale is invalidated, and the coins will be deducted from your pending balance. If your Trust Score drops below the acceptable minimum due to repeated reports, your account will be permanently suspended, and any pending or available funds will be permanently forfeited.
