Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Nature

Because QueP X facilitates the immediate digital delivery of academic materials (PDFs, images, and documents), all purchases made using QueP X Coins are final. Once a document is unlocked and accessed, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, standard refunds for change-of-mind are strictly not supported.

2. Valid Grounds for Refund

We do, however, protect our buyers from fraud. A refund of QueP X Coins will be initiated to your platform wallet if you successfully dispute a purchase for one of the following reasons:

  • The document purchased is completely blank or corrupt and cannot be opened.
  • The document purchased is blatantly mislabeled (e.g., labeled as "2024 Physics Exam" but contains a menu for a restaurant).
  • The document contains highly inappropriate or malicious material.

3. Raising a Dispute

To request a refund, you must use the "Report Document" button located on the specific document's page within 48 hours of purchase. Our moderation team will review the document. If the report is validated, the seller will be penalized, and your QueP X Coins will be refunded to your wallet.

4. Wallet Top-ups are Non-Refundable

QueP X Coins purchased via our payment gateway are strictly one-way and cannot be refunded or converted back to real currency by buyers under any circumstances. Only sellers who earn QueP X Coins by selling academic materials are eligible to withdraw coins to their bank accounts via the platform's payout system.

5. Seller Payouts

If a buyer's dispute is successful, the sale is invalidated, and the corresponding earnings will be deducted from the seller's pending balance before payout.
